X-WR-CALDESC:The Holy Cross chapters of St. Vincent de Paul and Knights of 
 Columbus\nare working together to support this initiative during the month
  of September. \n\nDonations can be brought to the vestibule of the church
 . Items needed are coats\, hats\, scarves\, gloves\, and mittens and shoul
 d be in good condition. We’ll also be happy to accept any monetary donatio
 ns!   Members of both organizations will be at the back of the church to a
 ssist you. These drives will take place throughout Omaha at each participa
 ting parish. \n\nThe coats and accessories collected will be donated to th
 ose in need and distributed on October 5th at Centro Pastoral Tepeyac (loc
 ated at 5301 South 36th Street) and on October 19th at the Omaha Home for 
 Boys (4343 North 52nd Street). Doors will open at each location at 8:00 AM
  and close at 1:00pm.  \n\nHoly Cross parishioners have been very generous
  over the years. Many of our Omaha and surrounding area neighbors count on
  this annual event to provide their families with clothing they need to ge
 t through the cold Nebraska winters. Please take a few moments to go throu
 gh your closets\, find any winter coats and accessories that are in good c
 ondition (and you no longer use)\, and bring them to church on one of the 
 weekends above. \n\nIf you have a donation you would like to make but can’
 t get it to church\,\nplease call the rectory and we’ll arrange a pickup.
